Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required in Outpatient Infusion or Oncology (Chemo Certified) 2. Cases: Outpatient Clinic Infusion; administering chemotherapy 3. Certifications: BLS and CHEMO (ONS/ONCC) required at time of submission 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting experience 7. Shifts/Call: 1 Saturday per month required; NO SUNDAYS; may float between RWJNB and Morris Cancer Center 8. RTO: Screenshot of RTO confirmation required at submission; requests with less than 7 days RTO prioritized; RTO after offer NOT accommodated; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits NOT accepted 12. Modules: Non-billable; 4 hours EPIC training plus up to 18 hours additional; average 18 hours for RNs; completed pre-start and annually 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any scrub color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Cancer treatment delivery including novel therapeutics in clinical trials Critical: Patient ratios 1:6-7; labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing; floating required within skillset; no block scheduling approved.
