Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required 2. Cases: Oncology and non-oncology infusions; infusion center, inpatient oncology, BMT experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA only); ONS/ONCC certification required 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8/10/12 hour shifts between 7:30am-8:00pm Monday-Friday; 8:00am-2:30pm weekends/holidays; weekend coverage required with 8 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Manager review/approval required; generally no more than 2 weeks off per contract; if more than 1 consecutive week off, Vaya adds 1 week to contract end 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
