- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of relevant experience required 2. Cases: Hematology/Oncology and some Non-Oncology (Ulcerative Colitis) 3. Certifications: BLS and CHEMO (ONS/ONCC) required upon start; all certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; 4 hours of EPIC training required 7. Shifts/Call: Flexible 8am-6:30pm 4 days per week OR 8:30am-5pm 5 days per week; no on call 8.
