Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Outpatient infusion services including chemo; Intravesicular chemo 3. Certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ONS - Chemo Therapy Immunotherapy Provider Card (ONS/ONCC); all certs must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal 4. License: CA RN License required; valid state license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Days 5/8s 8a, M-F, occasional weekends; no call required; no float required 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved; two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11.
