- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required 2. Cases: Extensive MRI experience required including Abdomen, Pelvis, Cardiovascular, Chest, Head and Neck, Musculoskeletal, Special Imaging Procedures, and Spine cases with specific skills listed 3. Certifications: ARRT-MR preferred; AHA and Red Cross only, RQI cards not accepted 4. License: IL license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 overnights, on-call required as needed, work weekends and holidays as needed, every 4th weekend or as needed 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO, anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous Perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction for this position 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start, renewed annually; strict deadlines with consequences for late completion 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Level I Trauma experience preferred Critical: Must arrive 3 business days prior to start for fingerprinting. Compliance including lab appointment, DocuSign, and badge photo must be completed within 1 week of signing contract.
