- Unit Notes:OSF ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates) - OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels Department: Radiology - MRI - General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.): BLS - Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements: ARRT (MR) - How many scanners/rooms does this department have?: 2 - Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: No - Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: Routine, stroke, trauma. Patient transport, clerical duties, patient prep, safety screening, scanning, starting IVs & EMR navigation/documentation. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: 2 years of MRI experience, MRI certified & prefer GE experience - Average # of scans/studies per day: 25-30 - EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use : "EMR - Epic PACS - McKesson" - Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): GE - Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift? - Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)?: No - Radiologist in-house?: Yes, except for after hours - Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department): Yes - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
