- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Variety of cases including neuro, GI, vascular; daily caseload 22-24; work on GE 1.5T prior experience required 3. Certifications: ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS required (either ARRT MR or ARRT R acceptable) 4. License: Oregon license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; weekends required as part of shift; department runs 7 days a week 6:30am-9pm 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel positions; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits require approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Any color acceptable 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: 2 scanners both 1.5T (one Phillips, one GE); various MRI skills required including surface coils, contrast administration Critical: Community hospital experience required.
