- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years Level 1 Trauma Center/teaching facility experience preferred; 2 years experience required in specialty 2. Cases: Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients required 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT (MR) required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic and PACS experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: FRI-SUN schedule; no call required for this position; PACU call policy details provided for other units (1 hour response time, 2-3 shifts per 6-week schedule) 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10.
