- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years Level 1 Trauma Center/teaching facility experience preferred; 2 years experience required in specialty 2. Cases: Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients required 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT (MR) required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; no licensure hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic and PACS experience preferred 7.
