- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 1-2 years preferred; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Daily caseload per tech: 18 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required; copies required prior to start; pending certifications accepted 4. License: Valid state license must be pending or candidate must participate in Aya licensure project 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8AM-4:30PM; 1 night call per week required 8. RTO: Maximum 10 days; must work 1 of 3 holidays if RTO during holidays 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 years before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; will not take locals 11. Background: Nursys only 12. Modules: Up to 8 hours completed pre-start within 1 week of signing; billable up to 8 hours; self-reported; average 3-8 hours 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Maroon color required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Surface Coils, Siemens, McKesson systems Critical: Community hospital experience required. Floating within hospital or affiliate hospitals depending on volume/census.
