- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year MRI experience required 2. Cases: MRI examinations on entire patient population (neonate through geriatrics); Adult Acute Care, Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient preferred; Pediatrics and Adolescents preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT (MR) and BLS required; BLS must be AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider 4. License: South Carolina license required; MUSC prioritizes candidates with SC license in hand but will consider pending licenses with proof of application 5. Education: Graduate from accredited school of radiologic technology required 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s Days, Thursday-Saturday 7a-730p; no on-call required; weekend Saturday required 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; auto offers allowed for 7 days or less non-holiday RTO; 7+ days/holidays require facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff (including PRN) must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals accepted at 10% less than posted bill rate; non-locals prioritized; local candidates require HR approval 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4 hours average, non-billable, included in NBO hours, completed pre-start 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Black, Teal, or Grey 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
