Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department procedures including various CT scans (abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, etc.) 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, IEMA required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license in hand mandatory at submission; Nursys and/or IEMA pulled within last 30 days 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Friday-Sunday; Float required to X-Ray 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; unit accepts first time travelers 11. Background: License and/or background hits must be disclosed at submission with written statement 12. Modules: Modules are not required 13. Travel Experience: Unit accepts first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Black or Dark Gray 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
