- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Outpatient focus required; must have outpatient experience 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, BLS from AHA within 90 days of hire; must be registered with ARRT in radiography; must be licensed in CT by OBMI or registered in CT by ARRT 4. License: Must be licensed by Oregon Board of Medical Imaging in radiography (pending okay); Oregon CNA license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Graduate from an imaging technology program approved by licensing bodies 6. EMR: Epic experience required (hard stop requirement) 7. Shifts/Call: Not specified 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; additional requests after submittal may result in removal or cancellation 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit for 6 months after termination 10. Travel/Local: May float within hospital or to West Valley Hospital 15 minutes away; refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11.
