Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Outpatient focus required; must have outpatient experience 3. Certifications: ARRT CT required; BLS from AHA within 90 days of hire; specialty-relevant certification must be sent at time of submission 4. License: Must be licensed by Oregon Board of Medical Imaging in radiography (pending okay); must be registered with ARRT in radiography; must be licensed in CT by OBMI OR registered in CT by ARRT 5. Education: Graduate from an imaging technology program approved by licensing bodies 6. EMR: Epic charting experience is a hard stop requirement 7. Shifts/Call: Friday-Sunday schedule; may float to West Valley Hospital (15 minutes away) 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; additional RTO requests after submittal may result in removal from consideration or contract cancellation 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit to travel positions for six months after employment termination date 10. Travel/Local: Candidates may float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby; refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11. Background: Any license/background hits require detailed written statement and reviewed case-by-case; travelers with hits ineligible for 90-day temp license waiver 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 8 hours; completed pre-start and annually; vary based on specialty; recorded by facility report; separate from NBO 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
