- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have outpatient experience and IV skills 2. Cases: Outpatient focus required 3. Certifications: ARRT CT required; BLS from AHA within 90 days of hire; specialty-relevant certification must be sent at submission 4. License: Must be licensed by Oregon Board of Medical Imaging in radiography (pending okay); must be registered with ARRT in radiography; must be licensed in CT by OBMI OR registered in CT by ARRT 5. Education: Graduate from an imaging technology program approved by licensing bodies 6. EMR: Epic experience required (hard stop requirement) 7. Shifts/Call: Not specified 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; additional RTO requests after submittal may result in removal from consideration or contract cancellation 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit to travel positions for six months after employment termination date 10. Travel/Local: May float within hospital or to West Valley Hospital approximately 15 minutes away; refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11. Background: Any license/background hits require detailed written statement and reviewed case-by-case; travelers with hits ineligible for 90-day temp license waiver 12.
