- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Neonate to geriatric patients; variety of CT scans including CTA heads and chest, abdomen/pelvis, trauma patients 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Valid Allied license in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required evenings after shift to 6:30am; limited weekends required; Saturday or Sunday to meet department needs 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; only one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10.
