- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Expected exam variety for routine CT and radiology related exams; night shift responsible for both CT and radiology exams; interventional radiology cases in CT on emergent basis 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 2-4 days per month; weekends required Sa/Su 1400-2230; block schedules required 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays; must request all RTO up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must include response about previous Providence facility work 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
