- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (HARD STOP) 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), BLS required (HARDSTOP); must be AHA certified 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits allowed 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (preferred) 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights, Sun-Tue 1830-0700; must be willing to float within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO allowed; no block scheduling requests 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee to be eligible 10. Travel/Local: Must be greater than 75 miles from facility; locals not accepted; only 1 submittal allowed per traveler to all Integris campuses 11. Background: Work history gaps of 3+ months require explanation 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; non-clinical modules billable, clinical modules non-billable; completed during orientation; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Portable CT, 2 GE Scanners (64 slice and 16 slice) Critical: Driver's license and utility bill must be included with submission.
