Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Daily caseload up to 20 patients; Orthopedic exams; X-ray procedures including extremities, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower and upper extremities; CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction 3. Certifications: ARRT R & CT, BLS, IV Certification, Department of Health New York required; copies required at submission; hard copy of tech cert required within 48 hours of signing 4. License: NYS License required; must have NY license in hand or ETA on issue date; hard copy required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred but not required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x9s schedule, 2:30 PM to midnight Wednesday through Saturday with 30-minute lunch; first 2 weeks training Tuesday to Friday 8:30AM to 6PM 8. RTO: 5 days or less for offers; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Return NYU permanent staff must wait 1 year period before eligible to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Policy evaluated on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not required; unit accepts first-time travelers 14.
