- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: CT and X-Ray; weekend overnights Friday 2000-0800, Saturday 2000-0800, Sunday 2000-0800 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend overnights required; on-call not required; expected ratios 1:1 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; requests must be made upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; vehicle required 11. Background: Any background hits require approval prior to submission 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
