- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Abdomen and Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Vascular chest and Chest without and/or with contrast, Head and Neck, Spine and Musculoskeletal, Biopsies required; Emergency Department experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, State License required 4. License: Florida State license required at time of submission; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified, but certain educational institutions not accepted (see attached document) 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; Sunrise EMR preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling depending on position and unit needs; on-call not required; weekend requirements depend on block 8. RTO: Finalized RTO must be included with submission and will not be accepted after offer; RTO approved during interview 9. Returning Staff: Must wait 1 year after leaving internal contracted position 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Must note background policy prior to submission for approval before offer 12. Modules: Non-billable, factored in NBO; hours vary by position; completed during orientation and annually via facility LMS system 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
