Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; 1 year required experience mentioned in compliance section 2. Cases: X-Ray AND CT Tech combined role; Basic x-ray exams (Chest, Abdomen, extremities); CT exams (Head, Chest, Abd/Pel, CTAs of Head/Carotid, PE studies) 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, NY State License required; ARRT CT and ARRT Advanced Cert preferred; IV certification required on NY license 4. License: NY license required in hand to submit 5. Education: Foreign education must be verified if applicable 6. EMR: Epic experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: Candidates will float 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO; needs manager approval 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours, total may reach 10 hours; excess over 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Portables required; Siemens; PACS Critical: Position requires dual role CT and X-ray capabilities. Work setting experience required in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department. Patient age groups include Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics.
