- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Level I Trauma Center and Stroke Center experience; Inpatient, ER, Level 1 Trauma, Adult ICU, IV, Contrast experience required 3. Certifications: MUST BE CT Certified, ARRT, ARRT-CT, ARRT Advanced Cert required; AHA preferred; BLS not required for this position 4. License: MI License must be active by start date; Compact license not accepted in MI; pending license ETA required in submission if applicable 5. Education: High school level education proof required (strict requirement for all allied candidates) 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred, training completed in orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 8 hour shifts 0630-1500 or 1430-2300 M-F; No on-call required 8. RTO: 5 day maximum per contract; must be submitted at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Core staff must wait 1 year (12 months) before returning; must be approved through HR prior to submission 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius rule; Travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, 5 hours margined outside of 12hrs NBO; completed pre-start; self-reported; vary by specialty 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Light blue 15.
