- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (18 months experience required per general policy) 2. Cases: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, Emergency Department; advanced exams including Coronary CTA, TAVR, Cardiac, and Low Dose exams 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS required; must be in hand prior to start date 4. License: IN radiology license required; pending IN license accepted with ETA 2 weeks; must be in hand prior to start date 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation 6. EMR: Cerner preferred; no specific charting required for IU health positions 7. Shifts/Call: Fri-Sun 7:00-19:00; on-call required one 12 hr shift per month 8. RTO: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; can auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO 9. Returning Staff: Any PERM or PRN employee must be away 12 months before applying as traveler; consecutive contract policy requires designated breaks after 12 months employment 10. Travel/Local: IN residents considered local; accepted for Surgical Services, Allied positions, and IU Clinics at lower rate; floating 100% required to hospital or affiliate hospitals 11. Background: Policy noted prior to submission to seek approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Portable CT preferred Critical: COVID-19 vaccination required. 2 supervisor references required. SSN and DOB required at submittal. First-timers accepted. Float required based on operational needs.
