Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; first time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Must perform CT and X-Ray; ED CT and X-Ray exams, Outpatient CT and X-Ray, Cardiac CT; X-Ray procedures required include Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower and Upper Extremities; CT procedures include Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction 3. Certifications: BLS required, ARRT CT and ARRT R required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Days 9a-930p, Friday-Sunday; float required as needed to other facilities 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours, completed during orientation, not included in NBO, hours vary by unit 13.
