- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first time travelers OK 2. Cases: Must be able to perform CT and X-Ray; outpatient (Adult & Peds) and ED experience required; X-Ray procedures include extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower and upper extremities; CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction 3. Certifications: BLS required; ARRT CT and ARRT R required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, days, 6:30a-7p, Friday-Sunday; float required as needed to other facilities 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current DL to confirm address for local rule 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; module hours are unit based and will vary 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
