Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; First time travelers OK 2. Cases: Outpatient, Inpatient, ED, ICU experience required; NICU, PICU preferred; NICU, PICU, and Adult ICU experience required 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT CT required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Days, 7a-730p, Friday-Sunday; 2 call shifts per month if needed 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; hours vary by unit 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
