Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: CT Tech AND Rad Tech experience required; diagnostic procedures, routine radiographic studies 3. Certifications: ARRT certified, BLS required 4. License: Licensed to practice in State of Ohio 5. Education: Graduate of approved accredited radiology technology program 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's nights (1900-0730), every other weekend, every other holiday; night call 1800-0600, 1-3 times per month on weeknights 8. RTO: Required for submission 9. Returning Staff: If worked at OhioHealth facility as staff, must be gone 366 days prior to being considered as traveler; PRN cannot accept travel position and work both 10. Travel/Local: NO LOCAL - permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 11. Background: If traveler has background hit, note on profile and submission 12. Modules: 12 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start, factored in NBO, recorded by manager in Kronos 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Charcoal grey scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: GE Evo CT scanners, Bayer Stellant Injector, iStat, Shimadzu DR X-ray equipment Critical: Labs must be done within 72 hours of signing. All candidates must be pre-closed upon submission. More than one call off is grounds for termination; NCNS is immediate termination.
