Certifications: Must be licensed by Oregon Board of Medical Imaging in radiography; must be registered with ARRT in radiography; must be licensed in CT by OBMI OR registered in CT by ARRT; requires BLS from AHA within 90 days of hire; specialty-relevant certification must be sent at submission for Allied positions 4. License: Must be licensed by Oregon Board of Medical Imaging in radiography; Oregon RN license not required at submission (pending okay); Oregon CNA license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Graduate from an imaging technology program approved by licensing bodies 6. EMR: Epic Charting experience is a hard stop requirement 7. Shifts/Call: Nights Wed-Sat 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; additional RTO requests after submittal may result in removal from consideration or contract cancellation; facility does not accommodate block scheduling 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit to travel positions at any Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics for six months after employment termination date 10. Travel/Local: Candidates may float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby; travelers are first to float to West Valley Hospital approximately 15 minutes away; refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11. Background: Any license/background hits require detailed written statement and reviewed case-by-case; travelers with hits ineligible for 90-day temp license waiver 12.
