Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; may consider less with Level I or Level II trauma experience; minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: CT and XR procedures; trauma cases 3. Certifications: ARRT certified CT Tech, ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: OH State License required; pending license accepted 5. Education: Graduate of accredited radiography program required 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s Days (0730-1800); every other weekend; one weekend of call and holidays as assigned 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off limited to one 9. Returning Staff: If worked at OhioHealth facility as staff, must be gone 366 days prior to being considered as traveler; PRN cannot accept travel position and work both 10. Travel/Local: Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 11. Background: Must note any background hits on profile and submission prior to submission 12. Modules: 12 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start, factored in NBO, recorded by manager in Kronos 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Charcoal grey scrubs required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipment required Critical: Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing. More than one call off or NCNS is grounds for termination. Travelers are first to float.
