- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Teaching Hospital; X-ray procedures including Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT (ARRT R), ARRT Advanced Cert., OH state license required 4. License: OH state license required; must have valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Sat/Sun (3x12hr shifts) 7a-7:30p plus one additional day (Friday or Monday); rotating holidays; every 3rd weekend 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate; traveler required to float to different units within OSU organization 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
