- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: CT and XR procedures; 270-290 scans per day volume 3. Certifications: ARRT certified, BLS required 4. License: OH State License required, pending license accepted 5. Education: Graduate of approved accredited radiology technology program 6. EMR: EPIC EMR 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's Days (7A - 7:30P); Thursday, Friday, every other weekend and holidays as assigned 8. RTO: Must provide RTO information upon submission 9. Returning Staff: If worked at OhioHealth facility as staff, must be gone 366 days prior to being considered as traveler; PRN cannot accept travel position and work both 10. Travel/Local: Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 11. Background: Must note any background hits on profile and submission prior to submission 12. Modules: 12 hours average, completed pre-start, non-billable, factored in NBO, recorded by manager in Kronos 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Charcoal grey scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: GE CT equipment, GE and Cannon equipment in use Critical: Labs must be done within 72 hours of signing. Travelers are first to float. More than one call off is grounds for termination; NCNS is grounds for immediate termination. Large hospital experience preferred.
