Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: X-Ray experience required in extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head/chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower/upper extremities; fluoroscopy studies and enema studies preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, BLS required; fluoro permit; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license required (pending license allowed, takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred/required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 days, Monday-Saturday rotation, 8-hour days between 0630-1800, weekend coverage on Saturdays required, no on-call, no Sundays or Providence holidays 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers maximum 1 calendar year assignment then minimum 6-month break required 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start and annually, self-reported via Workramp transcripts; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13.
