- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel 2. Cases: Willing to learn OR/Procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Permanent Ohio license required at submission; compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward; facility does not accept any license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends included; holiday help if needed; 1 weekend day of oncall per month 8. RTO: Must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date; travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within Cleveland Clinic Health System 10.
