Experience: 2 years required with specific clinical competencies including dysrhythmias management, multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, GI surgery, renal failure management, CVA/stroke care, EVD, hypothermia protocol, ICP monitoring, post neurosurgery management, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, respiratory care, infection prevention, isolation precautions, phlebotomy, and surgical wounds with drains/wound vac 2. Cases: Post-transplant (liver, kidney/pancreas, small intestine, islet cell, multivisceral), ESLD, ESRD, thoracic/abdominal/ENT/flaps/general surgery, sepsis, multisystem organ failure, pre-transplant hepatology patients, overflow from neurosurgery and MICU 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms 4. License: DC RN License required in hand prior to start date; pending DC license accepted for later start dates at lower rate with proof of pending status at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Night 19:00-07:30; no on call; EOW weekend requirement; patient ratio 2:1 all shifts 8.
