- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Medical ICU and surgical ICU patients except cardiac, occasional pediatrics; post code, post stroke, TPA, respiratory failure, dialysis 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS required; PALS preferred 4. License: Georgia Nursing License required; must match name on Driver's License and Social Security Card exactly 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; no training available; travelers tested during orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 1:2 patient ratio days and nights; every other weekend coverage; float required to CPU, PCU, and MS/Tele 8. RTO: Must be presented upfront or will not be approved; none pre-approved 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must live outside 50 miles; no local travelers; travel experience required for Critical Care 11.
