Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 1900-0730; floating required; weekend coverage every other (may change based on need) 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100+ miles from every Prisma facility for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% bill rate reduction; Adult ICU exception applies for 50+ miles from contracted campus with 10% reduction for 50.0-99.9 miles 11. Background: Must send Social Security Number with submittal 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start within 48 hours of receiving login; not included in NBO; completed annually 13.
