- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: 18 yrs+, Vent Weaning, Wound Care, Spinal cord injury, Trach/Peg 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: SC state RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1 year minimum Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 1900-0730; floating required; weekend coverage every other (may change based on need) 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100+ miles from every Prisma facility for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% bill rate reduction; Night shift Adult ICU must be 50+ miles from contracted campus 11. Background: Must send Social Security Number with submittal 12. Modules: Pre-assignment testing and modules required within 48 hours; billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start annually 13. Travel Experience: Will accept first time travelers depending on specialty experience 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Omnicell Medication System Critical: 12 Bed ICU, 31 Bed Med-Surg Unit (staff work both units). Patient ratios: Days 2:1, Nights 2:1, Weekends 3:1. Float to Med Surg 1:5. Orientation every Monday. Extensions limited to 3 consecutive contracts before requiring employee conversion or 6-month separation.
