Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years ICU experience required (1 year permanent acceptable if recently in large facility) 2. Cases: Previous Trauma experience required; Level I or II Trauma experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; TNCC/TCAR, CCRN, CSC, SCRN, TCRN preferred; must have in hand before start date; all required certs must be attached at submission 4. License: Washington state license - must have applied/proof of application at submission (not required in hand) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Recent Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights 1900-0730; no on-call required; must be flexible for weekends based on unit needs 8. RTO: 3 days for auto offers, 7 days for regular offers; must be presented for review/approval BEFORE signing; some holidays okay depending on unit 9. Returning Staff: Must be separated from PeaceHealth System for at least a year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Must provide traveler statement for any background or license hits; facility asks if they feel remorseful; will not accept travelers with more than one DUI 12. Modules: Modules are not required 13. Travel Experience: Yes, would prefer experienced traveler with 2-3 prior completed assignments; first-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color, not provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Pa Catheters, Impella, ventilators, CRRT, IABP, Zoll cooling catheter, Arctic Sun pads Critical: Must be fully vaccinated (booster not required). Float required between CVICU, NTICU, OHIV, Telemetry, Acute Care, Obs, ED boarding. Two references from last two years required with at least one supervisor reference. Patient ratio 1:2 all shifts.
