- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required 2. Cases: EVD, craniotomies, burr holes required; strong neuro experience needed; traumatic brain injury, stroke, SAH, aneurysms, spinal cord injury 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; TNCC preferred; telemetry proficiency with dysrhythmia test required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (hardstop) 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 3x12s, every other weekend, 4 weekend shifts per month; no on-call 8. RTO: Minimal; cannot accommodate RTO during first 2 weeks; two pre-approved time off requests 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate; floating within hospital required 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: 5-6 hours for RN, non-billable, completed pre-start; additional 6 hours if WA suicide prevention training required for MSL work 13. Travel Experience: Required; Level I trauma experience required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color accepted; light blue provided on unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: External ventricular drains, ICP monitoring, ventilator management, CRRT, arterial lines Critical: Ratios 1:2 ICU, 1:3-4 acute care. Two supervisory references required at submittal. Compliance deadline 3 business days prior to start.
