Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent ICU experience required 2. Cases: Must have strong CRRT skills; will float to IMCU (stepdown) if needed 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required in hand at submission; NIHSS required but can be pending with submission 4. License: WI/Compact License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12s Nights - Every Other Weekend 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius for locals; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Background hits accepted on case by case basis 12. Modules: 3-4 hours average, non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
