Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have limited neuro experience at minimum 2. Cases: Fresh post-op craniotomies, neuro/stroke patients, vascular surgeries, multi-level back surgeries, general critical care patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI (can be obtained at facility for $100), NIH required 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36, 36/48, or 48 hours per week; every other weekend required; no call requirement 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles away from facility or local rate applies 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, 5-8 hours for RN, completed pre-start, recorded by facility education department 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with no exemptions 16.
