- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required; 2 years of experience listed 2. Cases: Neuro ICU experience if able 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; weekends required every other weekend; expected ratios 1:2, 1:3 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO must be requested upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower bill rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire required for licensed nursing personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Skills include arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilated patient care, central line care, IV sedation, CVA/stroke management, EVD, ICP monitoring, ABG interpretation, dysrhythmia management, lumbar drains, post-craniotomy care, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration Critical: Will float between units. Two supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. May float between sister facilities; refusal may result in termination.
