Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (auto offer states 1 yr, notes state less than 2 years accepted) 2. Cases: Various critical care diagnoses, larger volumes of neurological and cardiac conditions 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS preferred 4. License: IL RN license required in hand; Nursys within last 2 weeks; no license hits allowed 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; floating required; patient ratios 1:2, occasionally 1:3 if needed 8. RTO: Maximum 3 days; no RTO first or last week of contract; 7 days max mentioned in auto offer section 9. Returning Staff: Former UCM, PRN, or Ingalls permanent staff must be gone 7 months to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate 11.
