Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU

Shift: Days / 7a start, 12×3, 36hrs per week, holiday rotation; no call; every 3rd weekend
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• IA/Compact License
• 2 years of recent/current ICU experience
• Current/recent travel experience
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA PALS & TNCC certificates must be active
• EPIC experience
• NIHSS certificate [preferred] — can obtain during onboarding

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• Med Surg experience strongly encouraged as they may float between ICU, stepdown and Med Surg units
• Local Radius rule:  50 miles
• Beds: 5 ICU, 3 stepdown
• 1:2, sometimes 1:3 depending on overflow
• Patient types: vent, bipap, airvo, bariatric surgery, gen surgery
• Drips: propofol, leveophed, diliazem, insulin, heparin
• Should have comfort caring for 3-5 patients
