- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted with strong critical care experience/skills 2. Cases: ICU/critical care experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required; CPI Certificate required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Active MD or Compact RN License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights (19:00-07:30), every other weekend required, holidays as scheduled, on-call not required 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to back end on new contracts; one major holiday off during winter season allowed 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away at least 6 months from system 10.
