- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year CVICU experience required (dedicated CVICU staff experience); Level 1 Trauma experience preferred 2. Cases: STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, Heart Failure, Sepsis, Respiratory Failure, Valve Stenosis/Insufficiency, AFIB, Chest Pain, DVT, Cardiac Arrest, Cardiogenic Shock 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be able to read and interpret strips 4. License: Any state RN license accepted; can apply for temp license on offer (takes 5-10 days); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hour shifts available; must work every other weekend/holiday; for 48-hour contracts, OT paid after 48 hours 8. RTO: Request RTO with initial submittal; no RTO added after offer; manager's discretion; maximum 14 days allowed; all requests must be on front page of application 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for nursing; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Up to 24 hours billable; 18-24 average hours during orientation; up to 8 hours annually; self-reported to manager 13.
