Qualifications:

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: ICU, MS/TELE, PCU; must take all types of critically ill patients; neuro and trauma experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license required; can submit with pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights 7P-7A; no on-call; every other weekend required 8. RTO: Auto approve 5 days or less if not on holiday; facility approval required beyond that; must work 2 out of 3 holidays; no RTO during first week due to orientation 9. Returning Staff: Return travelers ineligible if cancelled previous contract within 10 days of start date; previous PERM/PRN/EP staff must wait 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; must float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby 11. Background: Complete required state releases for GA, NV, NH, MA, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands to prevent delays 12. Modules: Billable for all hours, average 6 hours; completed during first week of orientation; recorded by LMS transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not required 16. Special Equipment: Standard med surg/tele equipment; Liko lifts in almost all patient rooms Critical: Must go into lab within 72 hours after signing. Two professional references required - one from most recent employer within 1 year, second within 2 years. Must be open to floating where most needed. Looking for well-rounded travelers with ICU/PCU and MS/tele work history.
