- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: ICU/MICU experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour night shifts 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; every other weekend required; floating to other OSU units may be required 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; two pre-approved time off requests allowed 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6+ months away; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; strict Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately after contract signing 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16.
