Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Neuro ICU experience required 2. Cases: Ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhages, seizures, neuromuscular diseases, meningitis, post-operative neurosurgery patients 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS required (AHA certifications only) 4. License: Valid compact or state RN license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12-hour shifts, Day/Night rotation every 4 weeks, on-call required, every other weekend 8. RTO: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travel experience required 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; Ohio fingerprinting required immediately after contract signing 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14.
